Sigh — want to see my travel $$ for this year…
It may have killed some travel plans for a while, but the house is gorgeous and the old press board siding was not long for this world so the work had to be done. The vinyl siding has foam insulation behind it so the house is warmer in winter and cooler in summer. The most remarkable change, however, is the windows. They keep the heat out and also noise — I can’t believe how much quieter the house is now. And a lot less dust with windows that actually seal.
The neighbors love the color so all is good 🙂
